We grew these last year and the flavor was phenomenal! Spicy flavor of a Hatch chili, thick walls perfect for fire roasting, and high yielding pepper. We made a lot of canned Rotel last year from these peppers. These peppers are also good for salsas, hot chilies rellenos, hot sauces, and dips.
